Dimitri and his team went over and above in helping us get our home

ready for sale quickly, 2 years ahead of our original planned time frame

to sell! He knew exactly what we needed to repair/replace and what was

not necessary, had contractors available to get the work done, how to

stage our home effectively for photos/open house and timing of “coming

soon” was perfect and stirred up a lot of interest ahead of listing.

Everything was coordinated efficiently and we were able to enter into

this endeavor with added confidence that even though our home of 26

years was a bit of a “pink elephant”, not your typical Virginia

Colonial, we could still command top dollar and get everything done and

sold within 30 days! I am so thankful to have had Dimitri and his team
